SHIPPING ORIGINATION
Please note that your order will be sourced from the warehouse, which will ship your items quickly. This may be from the Manufacturer/Brand warehouse. This may cause you to receive more than one package or tracking number. You will receive a tracking number for every package sent to you. Always check your spam folder if you have not heard from us regarding shipping updates.
BACKORDERS & INVENTORY AVAILABILITY
Inventory is subject to manufacturer availability. Because items ship directly from brand warehouses, certain sizes or colors may become temporarily unavailable or placed on backorder.
If an item in your order is on backorder:
• You will be notified via email within 1–2 business days
• We will provide the estimated restock date
• You may choose to wait for restock, switch to an available style, or receive a full refund
Estimated restock dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change.
If an order has not shipped, customers may request a full refund including shipping. Refund processing times depend on your financial institution (typically 3–10 business days).
