Returns & Exchanges Policy for Sams Scrub Hub

Thank you for shopping at Sams Scrub Hub. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in packaging, with tags attached. A receipt is required.  Products ordered as a set must be returned with all the set components.

 

Please Note: All returns or exchanges are at the customer's expense unless Sams Scrub Hub made an error that caused the customer to need to return items.

Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. However, we will exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on compression hoses/socks, or bonnets, for hygiene reasons. 

We will not accept returns on Clearance or Final Sales items.

We will only accept returns on items within the 30-day return window.

 

In Addition of non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Embroidered merchandise unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  You may exchange items for a different size or color if they are in stock within 30 days of receipt of tracked items. The customer is responsible for Shipping costs and sending items back to Sams Scrub Hub. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, we will promptly process a refund to your credit card or original payment method. Please note, the time it takes for the credit to appear on your account may vary based on your card issuer's policies.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.  We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
